2019-2023 Strategic Plan Achievements

Our 2019-2023 Strategic Plan provided the framework to deliver world-class breast cancer clinical trials, and to streamline and improve the way we operate as a research charity.

The plan consisted of three pillars, which provided goals and priorities for our activities:

There has been many achievements in implementing this plan over the last five years, and this can be seen across the entire organisation and our three departments of research, fundraising and business.

This includes increasing our investment in our research program and the diversity of our trials, expanding the reach of our participating institutions, harnessing technology, introducing smarter ways of working, integrating ESG principles into our business activities, developing the next generation of researchers and engaging supporters with new fundraising activities.

We look forward to sharing our 2024-2029 Strategic Plan in next year’s report.
